Texturizing Agents for products such as jams, jellies and cutting sweets obtained from pectins extracted from citrus peels that form translucent gels with good structure.
- High Methoxyl: Specially developed for jellies, jams and sweets such as Dulce de Batata/Membrillo (sweet potato/quince) with high content of soluble solids.
- Low Methoxyl: Widely used in light PRODUCTS or with low solids content.
